Boondocks 2011

It's time to try this again. I really enjoy reading so many of your blogs that you have inspired me to try it once again. I am not going to be intimidated by my lack of blogging knowledge but just do my best.

We are loving summer. I can't wait for the kids to get out of school. We have had a couple of fun weeks so far. I may try to catch up or I may just go forward. Yesterday we went to Boondocks for the first time. I wasn't sure what to expect but we had a great time (all 8 hours of it.) Here are a few of the highlights.

Go Karts

The boys loved the go karts. I think they went 5 times. Rex was not interested in driving but being a passenger. I even took a couple of turns around the track. A first for me.

Bumper Boats

They had these crazy bumper boats that would squirt water as you drove around the little pond. My boat broke right after we started and I ended up being a sitting duck for everybody to squirt. Chase finally pushed me to the edge and I left as soon as I could.

Air Hockey

While waiting for Laser Tag the boys played air hockey. The Laser Tag was lots of fun. The first time we played I was the high score. There were only 5 people playing but I will take the win.
